The OxySense 8101e is designed to be expandable and lower your testing costs. Systech Illinois is the only major developer of transmission rate test instrumentation to offer satellite expansion. The satellites can be configured to meet your precise testing needs, allowing you to cost effectively add lab capability as needed while continuing to lower your “cost per test”.

The TME BT Integra-Pack© is a bench-top, highresolution (0.001 psig) test instrument with a small footprint and user-friendly ease of operation. Electronic pressure and flow controls provide precise and repeatable test conditions, while automatic and high flow output allow testing of large porous packages. Applications cover a range of flexible or rigid, porous and non-porous, open or sealed packages.

Automatic or Manual Parameter Definition 

The intelligent BT Integra-Pack will test any package in automatic mode, with no need to input test parameters. However, its sophisticated nature is combined with a manual mode that lets the user input parameters such as ramp rate control and back pressure drop sensitivity. This allows testing of special configurations or types of packages or perform specific research and datagathering activities.

Icon-based, Touch-Driven Color Display

The touchscreen color display provides easy, clear navigation through the wide variety of data handling and review screens. Clearly defined icons make it easy to choose test modes, move from automatic to manual test settings, view test results in numeric and/or graphical format, and securely handle accumulated data.

Modular systems for precision water vapor permeabilty testing of packaging film barriers.

The 7000 water vapor analyzer range utilises the sensitive and stable P2O5 sensor for absolute moisture measurement. These water vapor analyzers offer a wide measurement range of 0.002-1000 g/m²/day and precision temperature, humidity and flow control. Providing accurate and repeatable results for research and development testing of water transmission rate (wvtr) in both current and newly formulated packaging film materials and fast testing for Quality Control.

All Systech Illinois analyzers are certified traceable to NIST. In addition, analytical performance is validated using NIST certified gases and NIST traceable films.

A set of validation films and a spare P2O5 sensor comes as standard with all of our water vapor permeation analyzers.
